Is this boarding house accommodation?

No. A Clique is a premium home built for quality tenants. We have no government concessions and do not need to keep rent under a certain amount as a typical boarding house does. A Cliques is not appealing to the low-socioeconomic market and we actively filter out any tenants that fit that description.
