While we can’t control what a tenant does to the home, our quality assurance tenant screening process is a proactive solution to finding tenants that will not trash or ruin the house. If the worst were to happen, we have a “Clique Social” platform that all tenants can quickly communicate with each other and their Clique Concierge to inform of any disturbances, whether they be small or large.
